About GotFreight
GotFreight is an AI freight sales rep and a freight-native CRM, built for freight brokers, independent freight agents, small asset carriers, and owner-operators — especially the one- and two-person shops that can't afford to hire an SDR.
It was built by a working freight operator in the Los Angeles area who runs it on his own shipper outreach every day. That's the whole reason it exists: the outbound work of finding shippers, writing good cold email, and chasing every follow-up is exactly what a small brokerage never has time for — so we automated it in a way a freight person would actually trust.
What it does
Tell GotFreight your lanes and equipment, and it finds shippers that match, researches each one, and writes a personalized cold email that sends from your own inbox — not a shared blast platform, so your domain and your relationships stay yours. It runs the follow-ups, sorts every reply, and pings you the moment a hot lead comes in. When a shipper bites, it drafts a lane-aware quote sheet so you can respond fast. Underneath is a real CRM pipeline that tracks each lead from Target to Won.
Once your inbox and sender identity are connected, it sends on its own — that's the point of a rep. Want to read each one first? Turn on Review before send in Settings and every draft waits in a queue for your approval, edit, or reject.
Honest AI
When the rep introduces itself, it says it's AI. We don't pretend a bot is a person, and we don't think we have to — the email itself is the product demo. If it does good, specific, freight-literate outreach, it earns the reply on the merits.
